Who we are
FounderDash is operated by ABCode. When we say "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean ABCode.
What we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. Here is what we gather and why:
- Email address — collected via our waitlist form (powered by Loops) so we can notify you about launch updates. We do not share your email with third parties.
- Usage analytics — we use PostHog to understand how visitors interact with our site. PostHog is self-serve and privacy-focused. Data is processed in the EU.
Analytics & cookies
PostHog may set first-party cookies to distinguish unique visitors and track sessions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data is anonymised and aggregated — we cannot identify individual visitors.
You can manage your cookie preferences via the consent banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no tracking cookies are set and PostHog is not loaded.
Session recording
We may enable PostHog session replays to understand how visitors navigate the site. Session recordings capture page interactions (clicks, scrolls, page views) but do not capture keystrokes in form fields, passwords, or any sensitive input. You can opt out via the cookie consent banner.
Email communications
If you join our waitlist, you will receive occasional updates about FounderDash (launch announcements, early access invitations). Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We use Loops to manage email delivery.
Third-party services
We rely on the following services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Loops — email collection and delivery (privacy policy)
- PostHog — product analytics (privacy policy)
- Google Fonts — font delivery (privacy policy)
Data retention
Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@founderdash.io.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist subscribers. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
